ABOUT

Peter Pascalis – Clinical Myotherapist & Remedial Massage Therapist

Peter is a Clinical Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist committed to helping people move more freely, recover from injury, and live with less pain. With more than ten years of experience in manual therapy, he combines clinical expertise with a practical, client-centred approach to assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.

After commencing his Remedial Massage training in 2010, Peter continued to expand his education and completed a Bachelor of Myotherapy in 2023. He believes effective treatment goes beyond addressing where pain is felt, focusing instead on identifying the underlying factors that may be contributing to dysfunction. By taking a comprehensive approach to assessment and care, Peter aims to deliver long-term improvements rather than short-term symptom relief.
Peter has a particular interest in the treatment and management of musculoskeletal conditions, especially those involving the neck, lower back, hips, knees, and ankles. His goal is to help clients restore movement, improve function, and return to the activities they enjoy with greater confidence.

Sport has always been an important part of Peter's professional journey. He spent eight seasons providing therapy services with Dingley Football Club and currently works as a Sports Trainer with Skye Football Club and Berwick Soccer Club. These experiences have strengthened his skills in sporting injury assessment, on-field injury management, rehabilitation, and guiding athletes through a safe and effective return to competition.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, experiencing ongoing pain, or looking to improve your mobility and physical wellbeing, Peter is dedicated to delivering personalised care tailored to your individual needs and goals.

When he's not treating clients or supporting local sporting teams, Peter enjoys getting outdoors with his fur boy and rarely misses an opportunity to cheer on his beloved Collingwood Magpies.
